Kimberly Rowland
Chief Executive Officer

Kimberly brings a comprehensive background in property management, finance, mortgage lending with a strong sense of community involvement. Prior to Bold and 10+ years in Vail Valley real estate, she was the Development Officer and Director of Education for the Vail Valley Foundation and has volunteered at the Vail Mountain School and at Battle Mountain High School as the Accountability President. Additionally, she has served on Arrowhead HOA Boards and has served as a Board Director of the Eagle Valley Land Trust, the Colorado Ski & Snowboard Museum, the Jimmy Heuga Center, and as a Community Trustee for the Vail Valley Medical Center. Kimberly oversees all Associations at BOLD from Cordillera to Vail.  She oversees all Associations and their reserve studies, operating budgets, contracts, board relations and compliance. She and her family have called the Vail Valley home since 1997.

Adam Savin
Partner
Adam resides in Vail Colorado with his wife and two children. Savin moved to Vail in 2010, to start Booth Creek Capital Management LLC a public and private investment management company. Prior to that he lived and worked in New York City where he spent 18 years in Banking and Finance at both Morgan Stanley and then Merrill Lynch. His skills include business management and efficiency, business development and investments. Savin after surveying the property management landscape in the Vail Valley saw an opportunity to aggregate a very fragmented business and create a scale operation that utilizes the latest technologies and provides the highest level of touch and service to our clients and property owners. Through mergers with Chris Tanis and Sanctuary Property Management, Bold Real Estate Solutions and Crossroads Realty, the new Bold Property Management Solutions was formed as the Vail Valley’s premier Property Management Company, serving over 2,000 homeowners from East Vail to Gypsum and around the world.
Christopher Tanis
Partner
Chris is originally from the East Coast with over 12 years of experience in real estate development and investments in Colorado. After receiving his B.S. in International Business from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania, Chris spent over 12 years in the private aviation industry in New York and Geneva, Switzerland, turning his recreational pilot interest into a profession. He served as Director of Client Relations for a prestigious corporate aircraft company with hands-on experience in sales, management, and operations for elite customers. Looking for a change in both occupation and residence, Chris moved to the Vail Valley and developed a property management company, Sanctuary; a high-end, boutique, home care firm. Consistent clientele and steady growth prompted Chris to explore expansion which led to the merger of Sanctuary with Bold Property Management Solutions in 2012 and Crossroads Realty in 2013. Now with a highly experienced team Chris looks forward to maintaining his focus on a superior customer experience and continued growth in the Home Care, Home Rental, HOA Management and Construction and Maintenance divisions. Chris, his wife Carly and son Liam, live in Edwards and enjoy all things Colorado has to offer.
Karen Harsch

Karen, Director of Long Term Rentals & Managing Broker, lives in Eagle-Vail with her husband and two daughters and brings to her position 17 years of experience in real estate management, leasing and sales. Karen is a former US Ski Team Member who traveled the world racing on the Europa Cup and World Cup circuits from 1987-1994.  After receiving her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Colorado, Boulder, along with a NCAA National Ski Championship, her real estate career started while working for a developer in Southern Colorado where she earned top sales honors.

Karen’s experience increased as Director of Sales & Managing Broker for a large property management firm (4,500+ units) in Summit County, Colorado where she managed the Long Term Rental division, Short Term Lodging division and the Community Management division.   Her extensive knowledge of leasing, sales and HOA management will be instrumental to her success.

Dave Lazci
Director of Maintenance & Construction

Dave moved from Buffalo, New York shortly after graduating from college. He came for the snow but stayed for the beauty of the mountains. He worked at Copper Mountain for many years as a snowboard instructor, and during the warm months’ working with a general contractor. Dave brings to the Bold team 10+ years of construction experience primarily in framing, remodels, roofing, and project management. He enjoys snowboarding, fishing, hunting, hiking, mountain biking, and pretty much any outdoor activity.

Melissa Goodman
Director of Accounting
Melissa is a native of Colorado and has now lived in the Vail Valley since 1993. She joined the Bold team in July 1999 and since then Melissa has nurtured the evolution of Bolduc Realty Management into Bold Property Management Solutions through her knowledge of the Valley and expertise in accounting and management. She offers detailed and timely accounting for all of the Bold Solutions clientele financial activity in all facets of the business including long term rentals, homecare, and Home Owner Association management. She works closely with each different department’s property managers as well as the officers of the company to ensure consistent current views of the financial status of all entities managed. Also interacting directly with clients themselves to offer customer service to meet their individual needs. Her dedication, experience, and hard work with Bold Solutions is invaluable to the success of the business and team.
Casey Gregory
Accounting Manager

As a native Coloradoan born in the San Luis Valley, Casey moved with her family to Avon at age 5 and grew up in the Vail Valley, enjoying snowboarding, camping, and hiking all throughout her school years.  After graduating from Battle MtnHigh School in 2005, she attended junior college in College Station Texas and then returned to the Vail Valley beginning work at Bold in January 2007 in the office and the past couple years has been working remotely. She married in 2014 and has a 1 year old daughter. As an accounting department assistant at BOLD, she works closely with the main accountant on accounts payable and accounts receivable for mainly the Homeowners Associations, but contributes frequently as well in work with the Longterm rental program, Homecare owner program and the maintenance department.

Munsey Knox

Munsey, born and raised in the Vail Valley has returned home with his family to enjoy all that his hometown has to offer. He has spent the past 11 years working in hospitality and banking in Denver, Boston, and New Hampshire. Munsey played a vital role for the opening team for Marriott’s Residence Inn in North Conway, NH. He was also was an essential leader and manager for Northway Bank’s management team in North Conway. Munsey is very excited to bring his customer service, financial background, and professional experience to the Bold team. He is committed to providing his HOA’s with the best possible management experience through open communication, financial preparation, problem solving, and friendly service. Munsey enjoys playing the guitar, playing hockey, and everything that the mountains of Vail have to offer.

Avery Tilney
Association Assistant Manager

Avery works in Bold’s Home Owners Association department. She helps support the Association Specialists in all aspects of their management. She joined Bold in October after moving to the valley in December of 2012. Avery is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and went to Middlebury College in Vermont where she majored in Environmental Studies. Before moving to Vail, Avery lived in Washington DC and New York City where she worked in the environmental sector. She enjoys painting and creating art in her free time. Avery also loves being active, especially skiing and playing squash.

Callum Rowland
Director of IT Services

Callum interfaces with all divisions at Bold as the Director of the IT Services department.  His responsibilities include overseeing updates and management of the Bold website and social media. Callum oversaw the implementation of Microsoft 365, and upgraded all divisions to Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Exchange, migrating all data to the cloud.  He also provides technical support as needed for hardware/software purchasing. Callum has worked for Bold for over 4 years both on site and remotely.  He gradated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a dual degree in Industrial Technology and Computer Science.

 

Joe Miller
Senior Construction & Maintenance Specialist
Joe Miller was born in Illinois, yet knew at even a young age that Colorado was a place he would like to call home. Through the family carpentry business, he had the opportunity to begin learning at an early age what would eventually become his career. In 1992 Joe moved to Boulder, Colorado where he was able to enjoy the Colorado lifestyle and soon after fulfilled one of his dreams and moved to Vail. Joe has been with Bold since 2007 where he has continued to showcase his expansive knowledge in building repairs, construction and remodeling. Joe offers a high level of customer service while finishing projects on time and on budget. Joe enjoys dirt biking and BMX with his son as well as fly fishing and snowboarding.
Giancarlo Arizzi
Construction & Maintenance Specialist
Giancarlo (GC) was born in Turin, Italy and grew up on the Italian Riviera in Sanremo, a small town near the southern border of France. Giancarlo moved to the United States where he lived in Los Angeles, California. He then had the opportunity to open and manage an Italian restaurant in the Vail Valley. He was only supposed to be here for a short season, but like most of us, fell in love with the lifestyle and has lived here ever since. GC has been with Bold since 2009 remodeling homes and working in Construction & Maintenance. He specializes in tile and stone installation, masonry, dry wall, texture and paint, and roofing. GC enjoys skiing, biking, and travelling to visit family in Europe or friends in other parts of the United States.
Greg Granger
Construction & Maintenance Specialist
Greg Granger is from upstate New York.  He moved to the Vail valley in 1983 and has had the opportunity to watch the valley grow.  Greg first worked in the Hospitality industry where he grew interest in maintenance and engineering. Through his experience, he has learned the importance to managing a property and maintaining a vacation home or rental.  Greg joined Bold in October 2013.  He enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and skiing.

Joaquin Valencia
Construction and Maintenance Specialist

Joaquin Valencia has been living in the Vail valley since 1996. He has worked for the company for over 20 years, doing exterior maintenance, landscaping, irrigation, snow removal, and roof snow removal.
Joaquin has a wife with 2 kids ages 4 and 9. He enjoys taking family vacations to take advantage of all the great outdoor activities in Colorado. Also in his free time he enjoys hiking and biking around the many great areas here in valley.
