Kimberly brings a comprehensive background in property management, finance, mortgage lending with a strong sense of community involvement. Prior to Bold and 10+ years in Vail Valley real estate, she was the Development Officer and Director of Education for the Vail Valley Foundation and has volunteered at the Vail Mountain School and at Battle Mountain High School as the Accountability President. Additionally, she has served on Arrowhead HOA Boards and has served as a Board Director of the Eagle Valley Land Trust, the Colorado Ski & Snowboard Museum, the Jimmy Heuga Center, and as a Community Trustee for the Vail Valley Medical Center. Kimberly oversees all Associations at BOLD from Cordillera to Vail.  She oversees all Associations and their reserve studies, operating budgets, contracts, board relations and compliance. She and her family have called the Vail Valley home since 1997.

Munsey Knox
Community Association Manager

Munsey, born and raised in the Vail Valley has returned home with his family to enjoy all that his hometown has to offer. He has spent the past 11 years working in hospitality and banking in Denver, Boston, and New Hampshire. Munsey played a vital role for the opening team for Marriott’s Residence Inn in North Conway, NH. He was also was an essential leader and manager for Northway Bank’s management team in North Conway. Munsey is very excited to bring his customer service, financial background, and professional experience to the Bold team. He is committed to providing his HOA’s with the best possible management experience through open communication, financial preparation, problem solving, and friendly service. Munsey enjoys playing the guitar, playing hockey, and everything that the mountains of Vail have to offer.

Craig Phillips
Community Association Manager

CAM, CMCA

Craig is a Colorado Licensed Community Association Manager with his CMCA designation. Originally from Watertown, New York, Craig and his wife moved out to Colorado in 2008 and they now call the mountains home.  Craig worked for years at Copper Mountain in Property and Association Management. His time working as an assigned property manager has given him extensive knowledge in handling day to day challenges with maintenance, budgets, compliance and enforcement.

Craig likes to spend a lot of his free time with his newborn baby and wife. Outside of this you would likely find him paddling a kayak down the cold Colorado River, skiing , golfing, or playing ice hockey.

Avery Tilney
Association Assistant Manager

Avery works in Bold’s Home Owners Association department. She helps support the Association Specialists in all aspects of their management. She joined Bold in October after moving to the valley in December of 2012. Avery is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and went to Middlebury College in Vermont where she majored in Environmental Studies. Before moving to Vail, Avery lived in Washington DC and New York City where she worked in the environmental sector. She enjoys painting and creating art in her free time. Avery also loves being active, especially skiing and playing squash.
