Monica Hedrick, Association Manager

Monica Hedrick is an Association Manager with Bold Solutions, where she works closely with homeowner associations throughout the Vail Valley to support effective governance, financial stewardship, and day-to-day community operations. Known for her responsiveness, organization, and practical problem-solving approach, Monica partners with boards of directors, homeowners, and vendors to help communities operate smoothly and efficiently.

Originally from Minnesota, Monica relocated to Colorado 20 years ago and quickly developed a passion for working with mountain communities and the unique needs of resort-area associations. Prior to transitioning into community association management, she spent several years working in the oil and gas industry, where she gained valuable experience in operations, coordination, and managing complex projects.

Monica brings that same attention to detail and solutions-focused mindset to her work with associations today. She is committed to clear communication, strong relationships, and helping boards make informed decisions that support the long-term success of their communities.

Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending time enjoying all the activities the mountains have to offer with her husband and two daughters.
