As the company grew, he expanded the platform through a series of mergers and acquisitions, ultimately helping build what is now Bold Property Management Solutions and its affiliated service companies.
Today the platform manages a large portfolio of homeowners associations and thousands of property owners throughout Colorado’s mountain communities, while also providing in-house services including maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping, and construction support.Chris has spent much of his career acquiring, building, and integrating service businesses, with a focus on operational efficiency, strong client relationships, and long-term, sustainable growth. In his role with Bold Property Management Solutions, he continues to play an active role in the company’s leadership, helping guide strategy, expansion into new markets, and the ongoing development of systems and teams that support the firm’s continued growth.
Chris lives in Edwards, Colorado with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoor lifestyle of the Rocky Mountains, particularly skiing, mountain activities, and travel. A longtime member of the Vail Valley community, he previously served as a ski patroller on Vail Mountain and remains closely connected to the area’s outdoor culture and mountain way of life
