LARA EBERSOLE, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Lara lives in Edwards, Colorado. She relocated to the Vail Valley in the early 2000s and joined Bold Property Management Solutions in 2024, where she serves as Director of Operations. In this role, she oversees infrastructure, governmental compliance, and development onboarding for a portfolio of over 60 homeowners’ associations, facilitating seamless transitions of new developments into functioning HOAs and supporting scalable growth across Colorado mountain communities through efficient systems and personalized service.

Prior to Bold, Lara served as a consultant for an exclusive alpine golf community, where she established and led a new Design Review Department during a development surge, scaling home review capacity, training a team, implementing compliance policies, and providing market insights.

Earlier, she was partner of a luxury residential construction and remodeling firm in Vail for over 15 years, managing full project lifecycles from design and approvals to oversight and completion, while acquiring and reselling speculative properties and building relationships with clients, investors, and local partners.

Lara began her career in mountain community living and experiences at Vail Resorts, managing wholesale partnerships with major travel brands, honing skills in stakeholder collaboration, operational coordination, and delivering tailored solutions in luxury hospitality.
